Default O2 sensor failure

Was doing some spirited driving with a few Lambo buddies last week and halfway through the drive the V8 S threw a check engine light. Ended up being an O2 sensor which the dealer in Dallas changed under warranty. They told me they had seen quite a few of these lately so just a heads up. Not really a big deal but there are 6 of them so chances are you might see this at some point also.

The good news? My 2006 Gallardo friends could not outrun me in the accels. :-)

I've had two O2 sensors replaced so far. Check engine light came on after I took the car out of winter storage in April (O2 sensor). Then the Check Engine light came on just before I took it in for its 12-month service (different O2 sensor). They also had to replace the vapor recovery purge valve.

The light came on again a day after I tracked the car last week. But it went out on its own two days later. But if another O2 sensor goes, I'll tell them to replace all of them.
