OEM Parts - Stickers on the back

OEM Parts - Stickers on the back
So I'm new here, I have my first F-Type, (2014 V8 S, triple black) and I'm replacing some worn interior parts. I ordered a cruise control switch for the right side of the steering wheel, and the dealer is telling me that the part has been superseded, and all of the new ones have the "LIM" button, and not the "ASL" button like my original. I realize this is picky, but I'd prefer the button to be the same as the light on the cluster, and the wording in the owners manual. (Even though I don't use it)
I have three questions:

LIM vs. ASL
The original part stickers
I have three questions:
- I don't trust what the dealer is telling me. Does anyone know what the correct part number is for the right side cruise control switch on the steering wheel? (I ordered T2R16457, which is "LIM") I have the heated wheel, flat bottom. (2014)
- What is the story on the little white stickers on the back of the OEM parts? They have numbers, but not the part numbers. I can't find any information on what they mean, and I was hoping they were a clue to New Old Stock maybe.
- Are there sources for New Old Stock parts out there?

Thanks for responding!
And, shucks!
T2R16457 - I received this part, and it has a sticker with EX53 13D767 HA on the back of it. Any idea what the suffix is? I wonder if this is what they do when a part is superseded…
T2R16456 - When I google up pictures of this part, I see that it still has “LIM”, but no heated wheel button. I’m guessing that’s what you’re speaking about with regards to the configuration.
Looks like I might need to live a life of mediocrity with the wrong button.
