The only reason I can think of to do this is the guy had a personalized plate and used to have an F-Type and given how rare the plate would be, wanted to move it to his new car figuring he might get another F-Type in the future.

What a coincidence. Our DD has a similar plate frame...

While I and many others were sad to see Naval Air Station Brunswick fall under the ax - and I was friends with two of the previous Commanding Officers there while it was still a functioning Naval Air Station (and attended two extremely impressive Change of Command Ceremonies) - I am happy to report that that area is doing beautifully. It’s quite large, as you probably recall, with lots of business both already there and/or coming.

That’s a keen observation Vince! Note the neutrona wand in the picture which is connected, of course, and out-of-frame to a particle accelerator. I never go anywhere without my Proton Pack! I just assume it’s standard in every F-Type, no?

particle accelerator
Isn't that another name for the OEM, dusty brake pads?

I’m still working on my oscillation overthruster. Should be ready by the next non-non-event.

You do remind me of John Whorfin/Dr. Emilio Lizardo at times.

Me too. More than I can count. As one might reasonably surmise, I have some affinity for Emilio, although I can also appreciate the occasional need for a Blue Blazer Strike Team.

Edit: Does anyone know how to increase the picture quality when uploading? The raw file is 1.6 MB and looks far better than the below...

If you click on the picture, it shows you what I assume is the full-rez version.

Hmmm, is it just the wheels in black, or are they larger than your original ones? Spectacular look!

I thought the same thing when I moved to silver (brushed) wheels. They seemed both out of place, and smaller on the car as well. I think these wheels and tires do a much better job of integrating the wheel and tire into the body of the car, and therefore look bigger than 20".
