I'm kind of surprised nobody has modified a rear hump on their F Type like the P7.

Default Baby's first sports car: 2016 V6S

My new-to-me 2016 V6S I bought in October 2019. Just had spacers and VAP springs put on her for some starter baby mods. She's a blast and gets a lot of looks.

Before springs and spacers.

After springs and spacers

Much better stance. The lowering with the VAP springs is spot on. Have you measured the actual drop in height?

I haven't; didn't measure before, just trusted the 7/8" VAP-promised drop would work out.

From the pictures, it seems to work out as promised. I was just curious as there have been reports on the forum that the drop was larger than indicated

Those reports (few very) are about the V8 springs and as far as I know there have been zero reports of "wrong height" on the V6 springs.
Speaking as one happy owner of VAP V6 springs!

Parked my car (coupe) and was about to go inside the store. Then I hear some loud exhausts followed by pops, turn around and then see this V8 S with the same paint. He parked some distance away so I walked up to him and greeted him and he was also happy.

He then parked next to me for photos. Extremely rare to see this happening in Sweden, especially two V8 F-type’s with the same paint, Italian Racing Red.

Great to see these Italian racing red beauties next to each other. Is this at Stora Ävägen in Gřteborg?

No offense to the convertible guys but the coupe is way sexier. Especially in those pics.

With the top down, it’s difficult to make that statement.

yes definitely harder, however the lines on the coupe are just sexier. My opinion of course.
The convertible still a sweet ride obviously!

I’d accept that the coupe is sexier. However, top down, the convertible is prettier. In my ever-so-humble unbiased opinion, of course.

On the other hand... they're both too hot to handle!

Certainly a timeless design. Datsun launched it with the 240Z but managed to take it in a horrible direction over the next half century.

Friday morning fun - very pleased with the look with the new deployable carbon spoiler

Different perspective :-)

Very distracting addition to an otherwise beautifully proportioned vehicle. Maybe okay for a track day if removeable, but more befitting a ricer IMHO.

Must be an ex-Corvette forum guy. 🤷‍♂️😄. If you’ve spent anytime there those guys get nasty. Different tone overall. Of course some good guys to.
