The beauty of the red is magnified by the gold.
Looks like Quakey Aspen at 8,500 ft during our Elk Hunt off the ranch. MEAT IN THE FREEZER

Looking through his (Awd's) early posts he says it is Ammonite Grey.
Not the same as the Eiger Grey you are looking at.

Neither is an available colour when ordering a new F Type in the USA. I'm looking at doing Eiger Grey, but I haven't seen any great pictures of an F Type in that colour.

Not really sure which is more scrumptious; the F-Type (at Jaguar Land Rover Scarborough, Maine) or the Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a homemade Biscuit (from St. Joe’s Cafe, Scarborough, Maine). I think it’s a tie.

Is it an either/or situation? I'd certainly choose both.

Spoken—eh, written—as a man with exquisite taste; literally and figuratively. Come to Maine…breakfast (or lunch, or dinner) on me.

Choose both, but definitely no food in the F-Type!

Cheers Steve. While I would generally agree with you I’m sure there have been times when the Mrs. wanted/needed to snack on something and who am I to deny her such a simple request? Not that she asks me permission. (That’s what a vacuum is for, should it be needed).

I make the same offer to you as I did ‘the other” Steve on the west coast; breakfast/lunch/dinner on me.

🙏
Jay

Corporate HQ in about 100 miles from there (Westford, MA). If they ever again decide it's worth paying for my flight I'll be sure to detour. Aside from that, it's unusual but not unheard of for me to trek to the opposite coast.

I visited Maine once some years back to attend an event. I heard a Maine joke from the host. It went something like this:

Q: What's the shortest trip in Maine?
A: To the lake.
Q: What's the second shortest?
A: To the bay.

It had to be explained to me which, by definition, removes all humor. Nevertheless, it's pretty country.

Hmm, I’m a couple of towns over from Westford. Now I’m going to have to figure out who has HQs there. Think I used an observatory there in college.

The more typical Maine line is “You can’t get there from here.”

Unless you’re with RickyJay. Then it’s “That was a damn fine whoopie pie.”
