You guys are hilarious. And, as for loving.... that Top Gear episode came to mind when they showed that pic of the gent in lingerie with his car... umm.. well I will stop there. I always thought mufflers were an "exit only" thing.

I have only had my F Type for two weeks and haven't yet had an opportunity to get any good photos but here's the only decent one I have so far.

I'm hoping to get some photos of it this weekend with my other baby:

Thanks. My Dad bought the Stingray new in 68 and I was almost literally born in it. Brought home from the hospital in it and the rest is history.

Wowza! That's amazing. I think I've only met one original owner of the c1/c2/c3 era. c2 owner here.

Enjoy 'em both

Cool, do you have a photo of the two of them together? I love the lines on the roof of the C2 coupes - sort of reminds me of the F Type.

My F-Type and C2 are both convertibles. I'm sure just about everyone on the forum will laugh when they read this, but it's the reason you will not see the two together again anytime soon:

I have a 3 car garage and in order to make room for the F-Type I knocked down a wall leading from garage to basement, put the C2 in the basement and then built the wall back up. So it's stuck in my basement for a long, long time. I have not driven it in 10 years and really just like looking at it. Maybe some day I'll build an external garage and get it out on the road again. Until then we'll be enjoying the F-Type.

Are you living an Edgar Allen Poe novel?

That is awesome! That's dedication to a vehicle right there, and a C2 definitely deserves it. I would love to see a pic sometime.
