Default Only replacing rear tires F-Type R AWD

So, my alignment was off on my rears(toe issue, now aligned) but my tires are down to the wear bars. I have new tires ordered but they probably won't be here till next week.

My dilemma being, the rears will come in this week(fronts absolutely will not, no matter how hard i try) and i can get them put on friday, before i go on a 500 mile weekend trip(I know i shouldve checked this all sooner).

Would you guys just replace the rears for a few days(fronts arent nearly as worn) and then replace the fronts the next week, or run the weekend on 1/32(not doing any track driving or anything) and do all 4 at once?

I know youre "supposed" to do all 4 but there seems to be plenty of other people running all kinds of paired axles on here and getting away with it lol

Do the rears and drive with confidence on your 500 mile round trip, those rear tire would be useless if you got caught in the rain.

As @Unhingd has mentioned, there are several layers of cord that need to wear through before you REALLY need to replace the tires.

Be aware that rear grip will be less for the first 50 miles, until the mold release compound wears off.

No doubt in my mind, replace the rears ASAP.

You can replace the rears and wait on the fronts without issue. The F-Type AWD system is still very rear biased so it's not like an Audi or Subaru type AWD system.

Update, dispite Tirerack saying the fronts won't be available until 11/03 they miraculously shipped today so theres a chance.

Thanks for all the advice, if they don't get here I will definitely just do the rears. Just wanted to make sure i wouldn't completely screw the drivetrain lol
