Default Opinion - Powder Coat Rim Color?

All- I have a dilemma. I recently got the F-Type V6S Vert in Stratus Grey with Brogue Interior and a Light Grey roof. The car has 20" cyclones (without the rivets) in aluminum. I am thinking about powder coating them and I am not sure if I should do gloss black or a metallic gunmetal grey. Any thoughts?

I don't think gun metal will give enough contrast. You could do one wheel and see how it looks or someone could Photoshop a picture for you.

I personally would do a gunmetal grey or black chrome, I think that would compliment your color well better than straight gloss black...

Those wheels are Gyrodynes.

Very slightly darker, or black spokes with a diamond cut face.

Just buying some different wheels and selling these might be a more cost effective option though.

You could choose to have them powdercoated in either gloss, satin, or matte black. I choose to do my Black Amythest car in the satin black (which is in between glossy and matte) and I also had the brake calipers powdercoated yellow, which gives a great contrast.

I'm wondering how the heck you got Gyrodynes with the V6? The Jag website Build feature only offers them for the V8...! Anyway, in my opinion a gun metal finish will look classiest, if that is what you're going for. And Jag's are classy cars, so it would fit the F-Type nicely. Go chrome or black if you want flash or pizazz.
