Also might add: "date, time and route subject to change due to the possibility of fires".
There are several now in SoCal causing traffic problems. Ask anyone from the Malibu area right now..

07/22 works for me too. Someone should start a Facebook event and post the link.

In fact, someone should start an F-Type owners Facebook group.

Or in today's case. A plane that crashed on the 405 south in Irvine short of the runway at John Wayne Airport. This was literally 10 minutes away from my office.

Since 2010 Kyanite XFR is joining in, I'm assuming that the F-type's big brother, the XKR, is welcome as well. Several of us, I'm sure, will make it, too.
Is the 22nd finalized as the date of choice?

What advantage would facebook have over this forum (asks the dinosaur).

Below is a post from IronMike where he outlines a good route and suggest grabbing lunch at the end.. If the route takes about 3 hours, I would think that we should meet at 9:00 or 9:30 so that we can all meet and greet, check out the cars then get our cruise done and grab lunch by 1 or 2pm.

Could start anywhere along this route...
- I started at Park Place Center in Irvine (the one time Fluor property),
- Traveling North along Jamboree Road (avoiding the Toll Road) to Santiago Canyon Rd.,
- To Cooks Corner, though Live Oak Canyon and O'Neill Park, to Antonio Pkwy.
- To Ortega Hwy, by Mission San Juan Capistrano, following Del Obispo into Dana Point Harbor,
- then North-West along Coast Hwy. through Laguna and Corona Del Mar,
- and back to Irvine via Turtle Rock... 2.5 hours without stops.

Minimal traffic if we wrapped up before noon, could even grab a quick early lunch in Dana Point Harbor, at which point those coming from the south may choose to break off and head home. Those from the north would follow up the coast, then trek toward the frwy. depending on time allowed.

This link should lead to a detailed, scalable, interactive map:
