Default Order placed for BRG 2017 F-Type S Convertible

With the help of those on this forum I was able to navigate through the ordering process and place an order for a 2017 F-Type S convertible in British Racing Green with a manual transmission. I put the deposit on it today, so it's official. It's scheduled to be manufactured in early April and delivered towards the end of May. After much debate, I chose the following options:
1) Beige top
2) Climate pack (heated seats and steering for those cold Atlanta winters)
3) Super Performance Braking Pack (larger rear brakes and Torque Vectoring by Braking, whatever that is)

I'll keep y'all updated on its progress.

Bret_T - congratulations.
Longest 133 days of my life was the time between ordering and delivery.
The S has three acceleration sensors, one in the back and one by each of the front wheels. The performance braking and torqu vectoring will save your *** from a spin when you drive it aggressively sideways. Very smart sports car.

Good for you! BRG always seemed like the right color for a British sports car!

+1. The wait will be excruciating. I had to wait 7.5 months for my MT (when they first launched).

Congrats! You are gonna love it!

Are you in the Atlanta area? I never see F-Types in the wild here, but I feel like there's enough of us on the forum that we should do a mini meet-up in the summer.

Yes, I live north of Atlanta near Woodstock. I'd be up for a meet, even if I don't have my F-Type yet.

Agreed the wait is terrible... Mine was Just short enough to avoid the JCNA rebate. When you get close, check out the forum post about how to track the ship. It gives you something to do!
