P2184 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit Low
2015 R with a remanufactured engine installed about 4,000 miles ago.
Just got back from an oil change from an indy I trust. Before the oil change, I would see an average of about 5.7 liters avg reading on the AJ133 Engine Oil Volume(l) metric in the Torque Pro app. I got the car back yesterday and drove it home about 10 miles. Today I drove it less than a couple of miles before I turned back around due to a yellow check engine light.
Yeah, everything I’m finding about the AJ133S engine (for example here: https://mymotorlist.com/engines/jaguar/aj133s/), all say the same thing: 7.25 liters for engine oil capacity. But it doesn’t mention the difference between AWD and RWD versions
I’ve also just checked the oil level on the instrument panel and all looks good there.
I’m stumped. Is it just bad luck that after the oil change, this new code (P2184) immediately pops up, whereas the last couple of 1,000 miles everything was running fine?
Has anyone by chance seen this code and fixed it on their F-Type?

Some additional info. It says the P2184 code is permanent in the OBDLink app I used to scan codes. (I have an OBDLink MX+ adapter). Why is it permanent?
I had a hunch that the P2184 code was caused by the oil change.
Used a fluid extractor pump to suck out 1 liter from the oil refill hole under the hood.
Drove for 10 mins, parked for 10 mins, and read the oil level on the dash. Oil level still shows full and indicator says OK.
When I go to scan for codes, the permanent one had cleared itself. So I reset the check engine light, did a little light driving for 30 mins, and then brought back to my garage. Code has not re-appeared.
The indy shop must’ve overfilled it.
Additional info: the oil level gauge on the Torque Pro app is behaving like it used to: starting off with about 7.1-7.2 liters and then dropping as the engine warms up to about 6 liters while driving.
