In order to lower the engine compartment temperatures and have a little more sound and freer exhaust gas delivery, i have been looking for a sports catalyst for the Jaguar F-type 2.0 p300 for some time.
The only manufacturer that currently produces them is Ragazzon. I exchanged several emails with Ragazzon, and from what they told me their downpipe does not fit with the original exhaust line and they force to take the entire exhaust line, for a total cost of around €3900 (a lot). Catalyst they use is a 300 cell Brain brand.

Not having any choice or valid alternative, I was about to buy the Ragazzon exhaust, but before doing so I wrote to Supersprint.
After several emails, I managed to get something really interesting.
If we can organize a buying group of 10 cars, they could develop a downpipe for p300 and could sell with a special discount.
They would use a 200-cell HJS catalyst (world leader in the production of sports catalysts), therefore freer than the Ragazzon one, and can be adapted to the original exhaust line.
Furthermore, there is a possibility that you may not need to remap the car. In fact, they have already developed the downpipes for the 3.0 and 5.0 and thanks to their HJS catalyst it was not necessary to remap the ECU as no warning lights came on on the dashboard.
Obviously we don't know this now and we will know after the catalyst has been produced...

Lastly, if we manage to reach 10 cars, they would give us a 40% discount on the price list.
Consider that the downpipe for the 3.0 costs around €2000, so we would pay around €1200 for the downpipe for our P300.

Some clarification here,.
If we build an exhaust part/system we can guarantee that our parts will be 100% fitment compatible with the Jaguar F-Type stock exhaust system parts and obviously with SuperSprint various exhaust parts associated with the owners vehicle.
We can not make any claim about another name brand exhaust and if it will be compatible with fitment because we just don't know. We don't know how this would sound and we also wouldn't know if it will trigger the car's check engine light. Our research and development department develops the exhaust part to work in conjunction with the car's stock exhaust system parts and with supersprint exhaust system parts as a whole. We cannot elaborate any further, as to combining different name brand exhaust parts with SuperSprint exhaust system parts. If a customer decides to do the mix and match approach, that is solely their decision.

Maybe a Good qualified exhaust automotive technician might be able to achieve this goal on behalf of the customer.
