Paint damage
I took my car in today to a place that I am having do a clear wrap. The installer immediately looked at the top of the rockers (between the panels) near the rear wheel and showed how the paint is chipped in this area. For my car this is on the passenger side, not the driver side. He said that every F-Type he has seen has chipped paint in this area.
On my car it's about 1/8", but he said some cars have been as long as an inch. Also, this is something that has gone through all layers of paint down to the panel itself.
This is not something that would have been caused by a rock hitting it as it is BETWEEN the panels and there is no damage to the surrounding area. Has anyone else seen this on their car?

Since it's not safety-related, it's not a recall, but there is a TSB, and it will be repaired free of charge. The fix includes a protective backing to keep painted areas from rubbing together.
According to multiple sources here, cars built near the end of the '14MY and all subsequent builds have the protective backing. I've haven't seen any instances of '15 owners reporting this problem.

The left side of that picture is the rear tire well. The right side is toward the passenger door.
This is the seam where the aluminum rear fender assembly meets the plastic lower side rocker panel.
