Hi,

I just waterproofed my convertible F-Type with an Autoglym spray.

The bodywork close to the roof has been discoloured after I applied the spray even though it was wet and removed immediately after application.

My question is if the bodywork has been permanently damaged or will the discoloration fade over time as the protectant is worn down?

Every time I've don my top I've taped off the body parts completely as I had concerns about this potential especially on a whit car. Interested in seeing pics as well. In the interim you should try a good cleaning and polishing compound to see if it's removable.
