Paint overspray disaster.

Paint overspray disaster.
On August 16, 2016 at around I pulled my 2015 Jaguar F-Type R into a Texaco service station in Oregon get some gas and a soda. The building was being repainted and the painters were working on the right rear corner far away from the pumps, there were no signs or cones out directing customers away. I walked back out of the station with the soda and immediately noticed the Jaguar was covered with overspray. I notified and showed the attendant the damage and moved the Jag quickly away to wash it.
The paint would not wash off so I notified the painter and we discussed having it detailed to remove the paint which he would pay for. I contacted a detailer specializing in high end luxury cars and got an initial estimate $840.
After three days of scrubbing the detailer called me and said we needed to talk. Under the bright lights of his shop and a hand held very bright light he showed me the over spray had drifted into nearly every nook and cranny of the Jag. When the engine started the fan sucked paint under the bonnet and covered nearly everything. The paint had drifted into the interior and had also been sucked in by the AC. There is small specks of paint on the nav screen, steering wheel, gauges, all the trim, seats and dash.
I am just sick...I contacted my insurance company and they have an adjuster coming out Thursday. I requested a specialist for high end vehicles so I hope he can understand what a mess this is.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. As of now I am letting the insurance company deal with the repairs and painting contractor. There isn't anywhere inside or out that doesn't have paint somewhere.

A highly skilled detailer should be able to get all that paint off. Give this guy Mike a call: https://www.ammonyc.com/
He eats, lives and breaths detailing and is highly respected in the biz. He is located in NYC and does travel.

The OP will of course be at the mercy of whatever the insurance company is willing to do, and I don't think that will include flying a "celeb" detailer from New York to Oregon.

Ok time for the sequel, I just finalized the deal with my insurance carrier.
List price for the 2015 R was $105,013. My purchase price was $101,848 with all fees included.
The insurance company has offered me with them taking the Jag for salvage $101,706.
If I keep the F-type they have offered me $65,612 cash and a salvage value or $35,971.
I currently have a offer from a buyer for the salvaged R of $41,300 making a total return to me $106,912.
So in essence I got to drive a brand new F-Type R Coupe for 14 months and got paid $5064.00 to do it.
