A little 'give' in the leather is normal, however it sounds like the leather has stretched a little too much or possibly the foam bolster has compressed out of shape.
Have you used any 'products' on them?
If you speak to a reputable dealer they will run a steam wand over it which should make the leather contract again.
Alternatively, a microfiber cloth soaked in water, wrung out and warmed in a microwave slightly will help bring them back...

It is odd for such a new car. Strangely enough I am fixated on the stretching of the seats, but that is because I want it to stretch as it makes the ride hugely better (even though it doesnt look so good). I specifically looked for a low km used or a demo to get one which had been broken in by someone else's ****.
But on the upside, it is probably absorbing the bumps nicely. To test, get someone else to drive the car and sit in the passenger seat. If it is less comfortable than the driver's seat, I'd be happy with the state of affairs. If not, then it might be that the foam under the seat is no good, so I'd have it looked at.
