It's about time a nickname instead of a play on the car was used. I like that.

My nickname has been with me since my basketball playing days in school when my team gifted me with Foosh, and my daughter's team in high school did the same thing to her. It's been with me for 40+ years.

I've never had a personalized plate, but my wife just recently ordered this for me when she found it available on-line.

The sound of it also seems to fit the car somehow.

I like the idea of the same plate being with you for years. One of my plates also has now adorned 4 cars so far, and it provides a sense of continuity, The other plate is model specific and to be honest I'm not sure it will last the next replacement cycle which is a shame.

FHC is "fixed head coupe" which was the common designation for the E-Type coupe (E-Type FHC).

Default New Plate Arrived

My plate arrived today. I am thinking of painting the blue parts red. I f caught I would incur a $70 fine but no points on my license. It may be worth it....

I say do it. However the key is whether you can get good adhesion since license plates usually have non stick surfaces.
