That really looks spot on, thanks. Not sure if you are planning, would you be able to lower it without any rubbing issues?
I have some VAP springs in the garage that I have yet to install, so I did ask if the wheel specs would work with them. I expect I'd have already experienced rubbing if it were a problem because of the speed bumps in my neighborhood and I have not. It's these bumps and some driveways I have to use that have kept the springs in the box so far. I'll get to it at some point.
Hi. If you don't mind my saying, your directional wheels are swooping in the front and scooping in the rear. Depending on which way you want them to point, you'd have to switch the sides of the rear wheels if you want them all to swoop. The front if you want all your wheels to scoop. You'd have to take off your tires then. Obsessive compulsive me.
it's the pcd they don't do anymore
I have vossen on mineNot as good as the vorsteiner but a nice compromise
I don't understand why the PCD puts them off, yes its not a common one (5 x 108) but every Jag (not just F-Type) since around 2004 at least has the same PCD, surely that's a big enough market?
Not bad for the demographic, though. And we wouldnt need aftermarket wheels if Jag didnt make theirs out of lead.
Yes, the stock wheels are a little overweight, but that fits the rest of the car.
I went with BC Forged because they had a style I could live with, and the production time was surprisingly quick. I think they arrived sooner than promised too, even if only by a few days.
It's been a while since I've posted here. Nothing has changed, but a really good couple of shots to show off the wheel design. Vertini RFS 1.2 in 20" 20x9 front, 20x10.5 rear.
For those on a budget, especially red F-Types, it is hard to beat simply powdercoating the rims. My 2015R's wheels have held up very well even with the often/dreaded dust cleanings. Leaving the gym yesterday three guys asked me what I do for a living as if I was driving a supercar. This thing is 7 going on 8 years old but people assume it is new. Still LOVE the car.

Better Side Wheel Pic
On a budget and 6 figure play car are weird assumptions... lol. Also, being asked what you do for a living doesn't have to apply to super cars. Most people can't afford a $60k+ sports car which is most likely not a daily driver. Heck, my '21 F Type R was $120k. Out of reach for most people. No need to down play it, be great full. Its not like we are driving Honda Accords...
Well finally got the new shoes on. Definitely on the blingy side but I like the look. Really didn’t want to lower the car but am having second thoughts 😳
This would looks twice as good lowered and it already looks really good.
