I topped off with 100 from ~3/8 of 91 because of paranoia. Probably at a solid 95 right now.

Lol, I did that for a couple of week to log...made little difference in the logs, so I switched back to 91. You have undoubtedly noticed that the power throughout the range and especially down low is much more robust when the car is relatively cool, e.g. Right after the engine reaches full temp and you go WOT for the first time. Then and you do more pulls after the car gets hot, the power will back off a bit. Try it if you haven't noticed.
