Default Powder Coated Blade Wheels

When we bought the car I wanted the black wheels my wife wanted the blade wheels and she won but I've never been that happy with the look. So after a couple curb taps decided to have them powder coated black I think they look a lot better.

I've got blade wheels, but they were always black. In those pictures yours look the same as my standard ones.

Mine were gray with a silver brushed metal ring next to the tire. Now they are jet black. Maybe they changed later in the cycle, mine was one of the first cars off the line. (Though I did buy a spare wheel to test first and it was the same as the others). Here is a shot when we first got the car and then one of the test wheel (without the carbon fiber parts attached).

nice! I thought about painting/powder coating my wheels too. I actually like the design, just wished it was darker (but not completely black). Guessing the cost of painting/powder coating is much much much less than a set of customer wheels.

Ok yes I see, I like mine, but you are right mine are a very dark grey, almost black and they have the chrome ring.
