In sport+dynamic+manual: allows for manual shifts and does NOT revert back to automatic after 60 seconds, and will NOT revert back to automatic if you are bouncing off the rev limiter without shifting. This is a true manual mode with no override.

I drive mine in sport and dynamic a lot and it still shifts automatically until you use the paddles once then it goes manual for about 90 seconds (extended each time you use the paddles). I'm not sure on the 90 seconds part but think the timing is in the manual.
