Well sounds like I may be one of the later holdouts. Likely will hold onto the order till early/mid december and will update as I hear things.

Anybody heard anything new? Last I heard was on 24 Sep and they haven't responded to a couple more emails that I sent. So then I emailed a couple days ago asking for a refund and still haven't heard back. They don't answer their phone either.

Last I heard was last week when I spoke with Carl and he said "the grills are in Canada at a UPS center" to be dispatched to US and Canada people that ordered. I've also been told that the grills are with the shipper for like almost 2 months now...so not sure if I actually believe that it's with UPS, which kind of seems weird to me that they would be with them and we wouldn't have tracking numbers

Sadly, this was the same experience I incurred while attempting to help with the testing of the product. As everyone can clearly see now, no one was "wasting" anyone's time. Par for the course I am afraid. I do hope everyone eventually gets their product (and it looks/fits good) or their refunds.

I just got this reply from Facebook, sounds familiar…

“hi Chris,

They are currently in Canada being shipped out by ups for USA clients
Uk shipment has arrived and is going out as we speak and rest of world are with freight agent currently being manifested for shipping

You’ll be getting a dispatch confirmation email shortly containing your tracking information “

That's interesting, I've gotten stuff from AliExpress faster than they can get stuff from Canada to the US 🤣

My wife had several missed calls from +44 number yesterday, and then got an iMessage from Gabriel of Vehicle Revolution. (I used the wife's number when placing order since I was out of the country) I sent an iMessage and got a response right away. Same information as above about USA orders being in Canada for UPS deliveries due to the LA freight container issues in the US. He also included a video of finished grills and said to expect tracking number in about 7 days. We shall see. If anyone is interested, I'll pm you Gabriel's iPhone number as it's not one that was on their website. I doubt the rules allow me to post it here.

From the photos...Those came out nice! And much cheaper and easier than the OEM route. Too bad they took so long to get them right...But I am sure everyone would rather wait and have a good quality part...

Look forward to seeing pics of them on the cars.

Did the SVR badge line up easily, or did it take a little work to get it to fit to the new grill?
