Those dimensions would probably be between 1 and 1.5 gal. I wanted to try to get at least a 2 gal in, but if you are able to fit something there I may choose to do what you have done here. My plan was to convert the air intake to a larger single pipe and put the reservoir in place of the removed airbox. That comes with its own challenges, but can be done. Are you going to foam insulate the reservoir?

I am going to ask fi
As that's the return going into the reservoir I don't think it should be insulated.
The route is reservoir to pump. To chiller to supercharger then return back to reservoir

Sligh change of plan
Reservoir was too big and bulky
So am fitting one of these which will feed a second one a sealed one with a an10 male to go to the pump and a an10 male at top
That will be a total of around 4l

Found a slot for the pump just waiting on the tanks to be made

My tanks should be arriving today
In terms of mistakes made that have cost me time
The barbed fittings I wasted time and money trying to braze them
Just get them tig welded it's quick and cheap
The suction line hose you have to tee into is likely to kink so I have cut a 90deg piece of ali pipe and sleeved and welded it
To make things easier take your front wheel and arch liner out
I also got a joiner for the liquid line with the pressure sensor welded in as the sensor needs to be before the solenoid
Relay for the pump have mounted in the small fuse box at front of car
Take the trigger from the original pump for the trigger and pull power from the yellow wire in the fuse box and fuse with 30amp to term 30 and out on 87
I have modded my lines with all new ptfe braided hose and joined with silicon at the chargecooler

2x y piece an10 for flow and return to chargecooler centrally mounted for equal flow rates

Mount pump relay in here...I have used a fused relay

Suction line fitting

Suction line elbow to avoid kink in hose

Liquid line fitting

Splice joiner with sensor to be mounted before the solenoid

Great progress! I always knew that splicing the AC lines would be one of the more difficult parts of this project. Looks like you found some good solutions. Interested to see the tank system you have in mind. What's the plan for the supercharger coolant lines at the supercharger? I was looking to have them converted to accept AN fittings.

Just had a bit of a reshuffle and moved pump over to nearside
It looks a bit messy in there but is not actually visible when the bumper is on
Tbh you could hook up to the original flow and return lines but I have used 90 braided pipe and the stock lines were in a hideous position and must have heat soaked badly
Now everything is routed I just have to hook up the header tank with a an4 feed line
