Default Radio

Since my f type was new when ever I get a bit out of town and the radio signal gets weaker I hear a constant clicking, like the spark plugs firing. It also happens inside garages. While using my phone for music through the audio system I never have this problem. The dealer can't fix it. I think the antenna isn't shielded properly. Or maybe the darn HD is a problem. Help anyone?????

Some new cars I've seen use a capacitor connected to the ignition system or power to the stereo to drown the interference.
