Yes. Good idea. I could put the heater on in the garage too and warm it up a bit. It is just no fun right now at -6 F and -22 F windchill ...So I will likely wait a bit so it is more enjoyable. It says it should be over 65 F. My garage is 1000 + Sq. Ft....With -6 outside I have to run the heater a lot to keep it that warm....And then, when I do...My wife or kids pull in and open a door!

Going to drop this off at my paint shop tomorrow to paint it Polaris White...Decided the black blends in too much, and the white will hopefully stand out more? We'll see.
Once I get it back, I will likely lose my patience and be too excited to see it on the car, and crank up the heater to try to install
Got the Panel back from my painter today. As usual, they did an awesome job. Now that I have it...I may have to warm up the garage and do it! If I have time this weekend I may give it a shot.
Note that when you get them, there are 3 extra holes, with no screws. This is where it would mate up with the center panel on an SVR (that R doesn't have or need...Due to different mufflers. The paint shop let me pick through and find 3 similar anodized screws and gave them to me, and I used metal clips on the backside and screwed them up nice and tight.

As much as I would love to get this done...Mother Nature is being a real ***** right now We are a long way from the minimum required ~ 65 degrees F to install. Ran my garage heater for a while today (was -4 F outside), and it did not get to 65 ( it is 1000 Sq. Ft.)...stayed quite cold actually....So another day! i am not sure if my lift would work well either...Hydraulic oil is probably like Peanut Butter right now. I guess I am learning patience.
15F on the other side of Lake Michigan from you (where I currently am.) A few inches of lake-effect snow each day. Does give me the opportunity to play in the snow in the XE (and my xc skis).
OK folks...It got above single digits and the sun came out, so I fired up the heater! It is official. The ONLY part you need is the lower panel. Everything else lined up perfectly. Took about 10 minutes to remove the R diffuser, and about 15 minutes to install the SVR diffuser. There are two sections with 3M adhesive/molding tape to adhere, and I also put a few clips underneath, on the edges for good measure, but likely not needed. I think it fits and looks very good. While I was at it, I wrapped the center front piece as well...as it was easy while in the air
I may put a DIY together soon, but it is very easy to do....Pics below.

Question, since my car is black, I see the lower diffuser comes in a glossy black, is the finish good where I would not need to paint it then?
Also since the new 2021 R has the same diffuser I wonder if that part would be cheaper than the SVR one? hopefully soon they will have the 2021 catalogue to compare part #'s

I am not sure that the 2021 will even fit, since it uses a totally different bumper cover? 2.) Very doubtful 2021 part is going to e cheaper than existing SVR part.

My Pleasure...and thanks. It would be very easy to do without a lift. All you need to do is left the rear up enough to slide under to reach the bolts and push out the tabs. Really do not need it very high at all. Jacks/stands would work fine. I have a few pictures labeled, and will try to do a quick DIY and put it on here.

I installed a P7 Diffuser on my 2014 V8S on the ground with no problems at all and I'm 200 Lbs. I just laid on a rug and slid under the back of the car. It was pretty easy. Maybe easier on the ground than on a lift, no reaching over your head.

Great...Whatever works for you or anyone else is fine. This is just how I did it. I am 6'4" and weigh ~230 lbs., and lift weights ~6 days a week...Plus my car is lowered...So no way in hell I can fit under or reach under the car without lifting it up a bit.
But again...everyone can do whatever works for them. Sounds like from your experience, others may be able to do it without lifting it...So maybe some should give it a shot.
