Rear SVR wing.....

Unlikely. The SVR's is deployed with a different mechanism and program. It is raised differentially based on speed (not just up or down like the R).

I also think it's unlikely as it is not a fixed wing as commented by Unhingd.
And even the fixed wing (which is an option on the standard models) is hard to swap out with the standard "pop-up" wing, as software and hardware is missing on cars delivered With the fixed wing.
At least that is what the dealer told me, as he had a potential customer on their democar with fixed wing, but only if they replaced the wing with the "pop-up" wing - which turned out to be impossible within a "normal" budget.
It might be possible to mount an OEM fixed wing to a car with a "pop-up" wing, but even that needs some software and/or hardware modifications to the control system.
