Replacement wheel bolts.

Replacement wheel bolts.
During my new tire installation today I was told one of the wheel bolts is damaged. I also noted significant corrosion on these poorly designed bolts. Has anyone replaced theirs? What size are our bolts? I know Gorilla and Mcgard are respected brands. I searched and couldn't find much. Any help is appreciated.

The Jag set is made by McGard. There was a McGard registration card in my Jaguar branded lock set.

I believe that lugnut in the blue background pic is acorn-style - on a stock/eom Jag wheel? Aren't the Jag OEM wheels lugs flat w/washer, not angled/acorn?
Ahh - looked again - it does look like your nut is making flush contact with a washer. The McGard's look more like Ball end nuts.

Yes, and if someone wants a black lugnut - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ROTVYP0...XINHTS1EJ&th=1
Fits F-type even though it says it doesn't; but requires 21mm socket

The Jag wheel locks are sourced from McGard. The other nuts were probably low bid sourced.

Man that looks nasty. For black ones, there are cheaper ones on Ebay that are no-name generic one for $25, but yes those DP Accessories branded ones on Amazon are high quality (a member here swears by them). For a $20 premium can't go wrong. It would be nice if they were 19mm, but as long as you get a 21mm wrench they are a great choice.
This could replace the crappy EOM one for the road - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...A2LD1G37AFXYHU

Nope. I bought the car from Chattanooga TN in July, so perhaps over the winter it did get exposed to some salt. Will have dealer remove all lug nuts, check bolt threads and apply some nice 'cream' and then fit new black lug nuts.

Galvanic corrosion (the preferential corrosion of one metal over another that are in contact) can only occur in the presence of an electrolyte (e.g., salt or some other agent).
