Default Reset service indicator ( Light )

Hi
The service light came on for my 2020 F type , 2300 miles , called dealers , car not due for service, Can any one tell me how to reset this service Iight. Will this also reset the service indicator on the phone app.?? Or must that be reset separately? If so how ?

Thanks all

1) Set ignition on
2) Open hood US / Bonnet uk!
3) Open driver's door
4) Fully depress both accelerator and brake pedals for a 10 seconds
5) Turn off ignition

If the message still appears, try again.

To be clear: ignition on, engine off.

I have the Jag procedure, which says that an acknowledgment is displayed, but my car doesn’t display anything, so the only way to tell if it worked is if it stops pestering you. Just did this a couple of weeks ago.

I did the same recently and it worked. My dealer told me 30s. So if it doesn't work with 10, try a bit more

Here’s the procedure, what others have described. I did it twice to be sure, as I don’t get any kind of acknowledgement.

My car never acknowledges it worked, just like a real cat personality, maybe it worked maybe it didn’t, you will just have to wait and see.

On my MY18 the confirmation was the lack of the "service required" message on switch-on.
