Default Retrofit OEM Rear Camera

I'm looking to install a rear camera and I'm debating between retrofitting the OEM equipment or going the NavTV route. Does anyone know what all is required to retrofit the OEM rear camera?

I asked my dealer and they said that they wouldn't do it. With Nav-TV, you get a front camera also, which my spoiler has found to be very handy.

OEM rear view camera is adequate but not great. I wouldn't bother retrofitting it if it wasn't already there on my car.

Thanks. This is enough for my to forget about it and just go with Nav-TV.

My only issue is that Nav-TV charges like $200 per camera, which is absurd to me.
