Default Rivet or spot weld

Anyone familiar with this type aluminum metal to metal connection used on the Jaguars? Is it a rivet of sometype or a spot weld?

No welding - the chassis is put together with rivets and adhesive…

Probably a clinch joint which is a way to join panels without welding or extra hardware. Below is just one example I could find quickly.

Looks familiar but I believe it is a rivet as was mentioned before. Feeling the opposite side of a locaton that is accessible does feel like a circular flush mounted rivet head.
