my ftype 2014 roof stuck in closed position for 3 month now i have changed the battery & secondary battery also the 2 roof sensor still facing the same issue "Roof not latched max speed 30 mph"i have done all of these changes in Maintenance garage not in the local dealer.
Given the plethora of error codes, I suspect your issue is that the battery is not fully charged. It may be new, but they often aren't fully charged. (The secondary battery isn't a concern.) Take a long drive and/or put it on a CTEK for a day or two.
Since the work was not done by a dealer there's also a chance that you're experiencing the classic "parasitic obd drain" that occurs on some f types when a non-dealer tool is plugged into the obd port.
In this case the battery will continue to run down whenever the car is parked. You'll be able to tell that this is happening if the red emergency light triangle under the climate control dials remains illuminated more than ten minutes after parking the car.
My own convertible roof wasn't working properly about a month ago and it turned out to be the battery via this parasitic drain.
So, in addition to what uncheel suggested, try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds or so then reconnecting. That will cause a reset and then the car can power down properly when parked.

Please listen to the advice you have been given: first, the secondary battery is not a concern here. Its ONLY function is to run the annoying stop/start function. Second, the fact that you have replaced the main battery does NOT mean that the battery is fully charged- new batteries are almost never fully charged when installed.
The multiple modules in these cars depend on a steady supply of power from the main battery. When there is insufficient charge in the battery, many odd things happen: your car is displaying all the symptoms of low battery charge.
Charge the battery FULLY. Remove the fault codes using an OBDII reader. Watch the red warning triangle above the console; if it remains illuminated for longer than 15 minutes after you shut the engine off, then you have a battery drain. The battery drain is probably cause by the OBDII reader not being shut down before disconnecting. You may need to disconnect the battery to allow all the modules to reset…but CHARGE the battery!
Thank you all for the helpful responses I want to clarify the following:
1- The first alarm appeared to me, after which I replaced a new battery, but the problem was not solved.
2- I went to a battery store and charged the battery and the readings showed 14 volts and I drove the car for 3 days and the roof still did not work.
3- I took the car to a specialized shop to have it checked, and he told me that the secondary battery was faulty and had to be replaced. After the replacement, the problem remained, and he replaced the front roof sensors, and the problem remains the same until now.
4- The car has now been parked for a long time and I have nothing I can do but listen to your responses.

Have you ever lubricated the latching mechanism at the windshield header & forward side of the roof?
A few drops of a light oil should be enough to see it that helps.

This is not unique to non-dealer tools. The dealer has given me the death drain twice.
As @sov211 suggested above : "Charge the battery FULLY. Remove the fault codes using an OBDII reader. So, assuming battery is fully charged:
Insert OBD2 scanner > Turn ignition on > Clear all the fault codes with your OBD2 scanner > Turn the Ignition off > Remove OBD2 scanner > Lock the car. If red hazard triangle goes off after a few minutes you are good.
Restart the car and report back to the forum if this solved the problem. Good luck!
