Sanity check on 6-year maintenance interval?

Hi guys, this year is the first my '16 R will be out of warranty, so I'm getting sorted to do the maintenance myself. I've installed a Mina Gallery full intake on the F, and have done a bunch of maintenance and other work on other cars, but I'm still a bit nervous working on the F, so just trying to do some due diligence. If there's a thread out there somewhere that covers this, please point me that way, but I couldn't find anything specific on these questions:
- For the spark plugs on stock pulleys/tune, is there a reason to NOT use the OEM Bosch 96327 / C2P23089 plugs, and if so, is there a P/N that seems to be the go-to option? Not looking to do any engine mods other than MAYBE a crank pulley and tune down the road, definitely wouldn't do the SC pulley or anything more aggressive.
- For the SC drive belt, what I'm finding is that the stock V6 and V8 motors both use the same belt, Champion 8DK1412 / C2D39175 - does that sound right, and are there other belts that fit but are better that people have used?
- Is there a magic-tap-dance to reset the service interval marker in the ECU to clear the 'service due' message, or does that have to be done with a dealer computer?
- Other than diff/transfer case/transmission fluid, which I'm planning on having a shop do, any other DIY-type things that should be done at this service interval? Brake fluid was just flushed 2 years ago / maybe 12k miles ago, so I'll do that next year.

Driver's door open
Turn on the ignition
Open the bonnet
Press the brake pedal and accelerator fully for 10 seconds
Turn off the ignition
Close the bonnet
Turn on the ignition
Service indicator should be reset

Thanks! By 'press fully' do you mean down past the step-down button at the end of the accelerator?

This may sound silly, but…is the sequence you give absolutely necessary? Meaning, can you open the bonnet before getting into the driver’s seat?…because that seems more sensible to me.

He may have typed it how it came to his mind or maybe that is the way he does it. No, you can open the hood, leave the door open, ignition on, gas and brake pedal to the floor for 10+ seconds, release both pedals, turn off ignition. Done

I have the V6 so the plugs may be different but the torque should be the same. 192 inlb for the plugs and 71inlb for the coil. For the SC belt, I just bought that one OEM. I would change the SC oil while you are at it. The ROCK has a write up on that.

I get in the car, leave the door open, turn on the ignition, reach across to open the bonnet (it's a bit of a stretch on a RHD!) and then do the pedal thing. I'd have thought on a LHD car the bonnet release is very handy. Ah, to clarify, you don't need to fully open the bonnet, just release it.

So I guess consensus is OEM plugs are fine unless I plan on doing a ton of tuning, OEM belt is fine, and service reset is pretty simple.

This sequence worked fine to get the service reminder reset on mine. Dealership never resets it so I've gotten versed at it. The best part is they need their hour shop time to reset it despite forgetting to. Pound sand, ***********!
