To the forum - due to the post about finally getting metal coolant pipes, I learned about the issue - spent a few months collecting parts (coolant pipes and parts, seals, thermostat, pumps, s/c stuff, etc.).
Two of the original coolant pipes (one under the s/c as is typical) had cracks that were looking ominous according to the mechanic.
Used an indy because when I told my dealer I was concerned - they looked and told me it looked fine and dry and the system did not allow them to do anything under warranty (they checked). They wanted to help but could not - it is a good dealer in that regard. They were very impressed by the metal pipes.

It gets better....the tube parts on the plastic parts (the male part) had worn away and was perhaps 1/3 of the insertion length it should have been....
Where did the plastic go.....the mechanic fished out pieces in the inlets of the block.....
So, the design can even make your engine overheat in theory if a channel gets occluded.......not something I have heard about before so FYI again.
PS: The hose clamps that came with the units I happened to get (rumor is they are all from the same source) were junk per the mechanic...ovalizing upon being opened up for deployment. He just went to his stash of good hose clamps after wasting a lot of time. FYI....check out what you get with your metal coolant kit as they (the hose clamps) may be junk. Mine were.
My supercharger clutch thing was pretty much half broken too...so that was worth fixing. Fluid in the S/C as others have reported was not as much as it should have (5.1oz)....that was changed/flushed.
Had another crack in the left air intake tube....that got sealed up as Jaguar lacked the part in stock nationally....
Anyway, every thing that could be prevented/fixed has been (new pumps, new thermostat, etc.). The metal parts are important...even the little tiny thing that looks like a tube to tube elbow.....get the metal one and use it....ideally from EuroAMP already installed in the tubing because it is really hard to install in the tubing.

~55k. Well cared for miles too. All cars have issues. Have addressed all known ones with this car now.
On a positive note: Direct Injection (high HP) car that has NO carbon buildup...not unusual for these F-types. No suspension bushing wear to speak of. No cv joint rubber/cover issues. My LSD and transfer case/front diffs are perfect. My mechanic who has a 1000hp bmw loved it...wants to get an F-type I think as it is such a nice car. Interior has held up really well (full leather option). No rattles at all anywhere. I just love how it drives. The engine is just wonderful - plan to go at least 300k if possible. You can add (see another thread or two) carplay that is wireless and LED bulbs and be up there with the new cars fully. And the stock steering wheel is just perfect...have done custom wheels in the past and while they can be made to look better I just love this sort of "solid leather" feel.

Don't have parts numbers.
Some links from eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/353416496569
https://www.ebay.com/itm/112433727143
Plus pipes and connectors and such from euro-amp now. Did water pump, plugs, thermostat, pulleys and belt (VAP) at the time too.![Smile](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
You need the rear heater pipe in metal too...euro amp has those now too I think (there are threads and post on this, there was a split metal and solid metal set of options, have no idea if one is better than the other..the split unit is screwed and glued and unlikely to ever be an issue...
