i build model tank kits - 1/35 scale, and would like to try to build a scale version of my f type; i cannot find a plastic kit to build;
has anyone seen / are you aware of ?1/18? scale model?

Premium X makes a 1:43 scale diecast of the F-Type in both coupe and convertible. It was a bit pricey but it is nicely detailed for such a small scale. They also have a good variety of colors that match the JLR offerings. I am very happy with it.

I think there are more offerings in the coupe body style.

I would LOVE it if a 1:18 scale came out. I am baffled that there isn't one out there. Maybe a licensing thing?

 

I did find a 1:18 but currently its out of stock and pricey. Manufacturer definitely made it in a range of colours

Wow, that AUTOart coupe model looks amazing, 4x4UK! I would jump on a convertible version with that kind of detail.

 

The OP is asking about a kit to assemble. All the die-cast ones I've seen are pre-assembled. I've never seen a kit.

 

I looked too, and didn't find anything (other than the die-case models, of course). No kits.

 

That term "Wholesale" just had me spitting out my drink through my nose..
Retail is much more like it but at least they DO have a number of different colors so retail may be the only price option anyway
