Hi all
I used ShinEtsu on my S2k for all the seals, and would strongly recommend it for your F-Types. A little goes a long way to keeping your seals soft and flexible. Its not cheap, but neither is your ride :-)

It was tough selling my AP2, I went without a convertible for 3 years until my wife heard enough from me about wanting another car. I think the F-Type not only made up for it, but certainly put the smile back on my face! I still give the peace sign to S2k drivers- lol

LOL. You and me both. Usually when I give the peace sign the driver is WTF. I had the Mugen CF hardtop, Volk TE37's and ultimately down the road the GReddy turbo kit. 143,000 miles later I sold the AP2 stock for $17000 but I had the unicorn ,GPW with the black and red interior. Says a lot about the S2000's climbing resale value. I wish I could say the same about F-TYPE. LOL.

I think you're the only person on here that knows what Volks are! You have no idea how much I've been pestering Mackin industries do a customer order for Volk Racing wheels. I think they'll budge with a minimum commitment of 25 orders.

I had a silver with red interior first generation. Taught my son to drive a stick on that car, then sold it before he got his license. LOL . I did spin the car making a left turn. Scared the crap out of me. Never spun a car before or after. Sold that car for a Boxster, then Maserati Spyder, now F Type convertible.

I spun my S as well on an off ramp in NJ on a wet sunday morning trying to go to a volleyball tournament. That is the day I realized two things. I was extraordinarily lucky because I did a full 360 between the jersey barriers and didn't touch anything, and I learned of the importance of good tires on RWD cars.
