thanks, that’s what I thought too but the previous post indicates otherwise.

I put a small piece 2 sided tape on inside corner but I'm not sure it really needed it.

Without the tabs like the OEM mirror cover has it will not stay in place. It can easily be removed with a gentle pull. My concern with the Koshi covers were in the event I needed to remove them I might encounter problems because of the strength of the needed additional adhesives. I have in clouded a picture of the Koshi covers next to the OEM mirror covers. Without those tabs the mirror covers will not remain secured.

so are you planning to use double-sided tape to install or take your chances without the factory tabs?

[QUOTE=gg2684;2362354]so are you planning to use double-sided tape to install or take your chances without the factory tabs?[/QUOTE

The story goes like this: i had first purchased several Koshi interior CF parts and was very pleased. I then decided to order several exterior CF parts. I luckily made all the purchases thru Madness Auto Works.
Prior to my purchase MAW only carried a select assortment of Koshi Interior CF parts. They agreed to start carrying more of their parts and I was the first to order the following parts from them : Mirror covers, Radiator surround, bumper cover and the bottom front center lip. Koshi provides little to no help with the installation. When I tried to install the parts none of them fit correctly. I sent several pictures and videos to MAW and they agreed. They were kind enough to take all the exterior parts back. So the short answer is that did not install them. Instead I purchased the Jaguar covers and they fit perfectly.
