Seat is stopping blood flow to lower back, anyone else get this??
So I’ve had my F type for about 7 weeks now and I still get a cold flow down my lower back after getting out of the car. I have messed a lot with the seat but it’s just hard and cuts off the blood flow at my lower back. Does anyone else get this.

I have a love hate relationship with my performance seats that change every year around my birthday. I love looks and when I'm jetting around in dynamic. Not so much when in traffic. Also after I fracture hip less tham 6 months after buying car I had to rework my settings. I wanted brouge interior so really no choice.

No way to create a signature block when using phone. As noted, you probably have the 14way adjustable performance seats. If so, adjusting the lumbar support should resolve your issue. You may have to play with the settings a bit before you find the right position.

Also, make sure the front of the seat bottom is not tilted too high. Some feel they need support at the back of their knees, but too much pressure to the back side of your legs, just above the knees, can cut off circulation flowing back to your heart.

I'd also play with the location (up/down) on the lumbar support and not just the firmness - you may just need that support in a different spot. My husband hasn't been in my car much (in fact, the only time he's driven has been home from a restaurant because I had a couple of drinks with dinner) and he preferred the lumbar support a bit higher than I do. I'd also agree with what IronMike said and make sure the front isn't tilted too far up. As I've discovered a lot over the past couple of years - issues or pains in some areas are caused by something elsewhere. Also, don't forget to play with the firmness settings on the sides - I like to feel hugged by my seat, but others don't.
