Default Service Manual’s

Can someone direct me to where I can find a service manual or disc that will show me how to remove and replace trim pieces and other maintenance diagrams

Either members OzXFR or DJS can't remember which have the entire service manual in a dropbox. One of them will chime in soon. Or do a forum search. There are many threads that have a link to the file.

Alternatively you could tell us what you want to do as many members have the service manual from the above and probably could look up what you want.

Here ya go:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/d52ciochjn...anual.pdf?dl=0

This is for a MY 2015 F-Type V6S auto coupe but 95% of it applies to all F-Types and especially trim removal and replacement.

Now that’s why I join the forums, thanks for sharing all that info. Exactly what I had been looking for as well.

This is great but I'm hopefully wondering if anyone knows where I can obtain a MY 2016 F-Type V6S Manual Trans Coupe manual? I know about the topix site but I think they have everything broken up into smaller PDFs instead of one big (or perhaps a few big) files, hoping to be able to download a few things versus seemingly hundreds from topix.

Have you actually looked through the file provided by Oz? As he stated, it is about 95% of anything you could want/need, and only 1 year off from yours. I have actually used info from it on my newer AWD R and it is all relevant.

What exactly are you wanting, or feel is missing from that manual?

If you are looking for the shop manual 100% for your model car, you will likely have to fork up the $$ and buy in from JLR/Topix.

So I want to see about the procedure for doing a flush/fill on the brake(and clutch) fluid but couldn't seem to find it in the pdf plus I'm assuming that there might be some spec/quantity differences between the manual and auto (but could be wrong on that). Am I just looking or searching the pdf in a wrong way, or do I need to reach out to JLR or topix to get the manual spec document?

It's all there in the manual, maybe you are not using the "Edit- Find" function?
In my copy the flush and fill procedure is Chapter 206-00 headed ""Brake System Bleeding" starting page 3433 (probably 3431 or 3432) in your copy.

How do you use the edit-find function? Where is that function? I can’t even down load a copy to my desktop. I am not the good with the old computer.

internet explorer, but I could use “Chrome or Edge”. I haven’t tried either one. Which one do you use? Are you able to download to your desktop?

I'm a Linux guy, so no IE for me! I use Firefox and when I open the link there's a section at the top right that gives me the option to download it - the icon looks like an underlined down arrow (next to "Sign in" and "Sign up").

Download the .PDF file (don't try to browse via the web/browser) and open with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and you can have all sorts of search nd view features.

Yeah I was looking through the chapter listings and managed to miss the brake system expansion spot to see the options there. Thanks for the help!
