SF Bay Area Spring F-Type Drive
Spring is just around the corner...we ready for another drive + lunch? December was a big month for F-Type sales so hopefully some new F-Typers can join. Thinking early/mid March? Can do Half Moon Bay again, or maybe Monterey or Sonoma area. LMK if you're interested and potential dates. Saturday March 21 might be good, since Spring is officially March 20. For new F-Typers, this was our Winter HMB drive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smE6pyAuolA

I also heard from AlexG that BMCD (Land Rover & Jaguar in San Francisco, CA | British Motorcar Distributors) might "sponsor" such a drive. Not really sure what that means....but maybe free lunch ???

I really think JLRNA should know about it too, seeing's as how it's probably the biggest gathering of F-Types to date as far as I know...and the last time you got zero credit in the JAGazette even though I told Richard Halk that it was your baby.
Would be great to do it again and obviously I would love to do something here along the coast or perhaps in Carmel Valley or River Road where all the wineries are located...just a thought.

You don't have to convince me about Monterey area, one of my favorite regions to visit. But I'm thinking Half Moon Bay might be the best since it's most centrally located for people from the south/north/east. But taking all suggestions...especially on dog friendly lunch places since I got a new puppy :-)
Awesome outing...wouldn't have changed a thing that day except for the slight ...

Monterey could be fun, or Big Sur if the weather is nice? Point Reyes/Sonoma are beautiful but I think if the weather is good the hills around Monterey where we were last August are stunning. Would love to drive more of them.

Spring F-Type Drive Ideas
I missed your 1st drive and would love to catch this one. March 21 isn't the best for me though. I would prefer Sunday the 22nd or any other Saturday in March.
I went for a drive just this weekend and when I found the 92 to Half Moon bay to be completely jammed, I explored and instead took Pescadero Road to near La Honda and then over the hill on Alpine Road into Palo Alto. It is an EPIC drive, narrow in some spots and not for the faint hearted!
If that's too much there are other options such as La Honda Drive to Woodside etc. They are all beautiful in either direction.
