shades of grey
I have 8 weeks to choose a color. Should be plenty of time, especially since I want grey and there now seems to be only one remaining option: ammonite (not counting storm grey, which is borderline black). Satellite grey: gone: Stratus grey: gone. Lunar grey, which was on the configurator a few weeks ago: now gone.
Also, the online pics of ammonite cannot be the same color. Half are probably mislabeled.
How about posting some pics of your ammonite F-Type? Or links to hi-res pics?

I know Stratus Grey. I have Stratus Grey. You sir are no Stratus Grey. Poor attempts at [political] humor aside, Stratus Grey might "look almost black in low light conditions" but only, I would add, in photographs. I've had my Stratus Grey for over 7 months now - in all lighting conditions - and it's never ever looked black, or even almost black, to me. Not in person. Just wanted to clarify that. Of course many colors - all quite beautiful to me - often don't photograph "true to life".

As a photographer, I can tell you that even with a picture taken under perfect lighting conditions, viewing on the internet is "sketchy" at best.
Without a color calibrated monitor, or perhaps the wrong white balance point in the camera taking the photos, color in pictures when viewed on monitors USUALLY do NOT match what the eye really sees in person.

Thanks for confirming - I used to be a fashion photographer a lifetime ago - seeing, in person, is believing. Unfortunately many of us in some parts of the country have much less ability to do so...so there might be a certain leap of faith when it comes to color choice.
