Lovely. What's the ride and handling like on 22's?

You probably know this already, but when I was putting 21's on mine, they oversized the tyres to make the protective ridge sit proud of the rim, as ******** here has a history of kerbing rims. It does work, I have only managed to scuff a rim once in 3 years using 265's on the front and 305's on the rear.

i felt more loss in ride quality lowering the car than putting 22s on it. honestly it was about less than a 10 percent change in the ride. overall its the same as people with 21's since the tire specs are the same.
I LOVE IT!!

Looks awesome.

Excuse my ignorance but why is there such a big difference between the MPS and Nexen tyres in rear 3/4 photos. Surely the Nexen sidewall not designed that way ???

Time for some new glasses sport, the Nexens are on the front and the MPS are on the back!

You may want to give a look for the Louisana F-Type club on FB if you'd like to hook up with other F-Type owners in LA.
Tell Kat, the admin, Diallo sent you if you'd like to join.

For my personal taste and driving style, I wouldn't personally want to have that much of a stretched tire in the front. I understand why you've elected to do it that way. As I prefer to be able to drive it into the corners and have some meat on the road. I am sure that is not the intention on how you will drive it and you have to love your car, with your own style for how you want to drive or own it. I will look forward to other updates to see what else you do!

Title of your thread is interesting, and made me look. So far, I only see some wheels (and apparently you lowered it). Nothing else to date, so I was wondering what your plans are for your "Sickest F-Type R" build? Any performance mods planned or just aesthetics? You have any additional mods lined up now?

**On a side note - I see you are in Port Allen, LA.. I grew up in Baton Rouge & New Orleans. Played Football at Woodlawn HS, and Nicholl's State University, before transferring and graduating from LSU.(Live in IL now)

Also...Guess I should add …This is my Sick-ish...(Not Sickest) F-Type R - Quite a few mods as well

The title "sickest" is the spinoff of my thread of my Lexus GS430 on club lexus which started off this same way which is the second most viewed thread on the 3GS models.

Thanks. Mine is a factory OEM diffuser for an SVR model. Got it online from a Jag dealer and custom painted it to match. Current online price is about $1000 USD.
I think about $300 to get it painted.

There is a thread on here where I posted a bunch of info on it...how to...and photos of the process.

I have 255/30/21 Front, 295/25/21 Rear, and I will definitely go 265/305 on my next set of tires. I too like the extra rim protection.
