Default Slight pulsing felt in Steering Wheel

MY17 AWD R-Coupe. Looking back...I've felt this ever since I got the car around 6 months ago. When backing out of a parking space (or pulling in) the steering wheel is turned full to either side to swing the nose of the car around. Then after switching out of reverse, and as I creep forward while straightening out the wheel...I feel a slight pulsing feel through the wheel, which then quickly disappears. Almost as if I'm running over some rough pavement, but more subtle. There is no odd sound like clunking or scraping. Could this be the AWD distributing power to the front wheels or some kind of auto brake check? I do a fair amount of spirited canyon carving, and the steering always feels flawless.
Has anyone ever experienced this???

Is your a/c on when this happens? It may be compressor drag on the motor....

Most likely the a/c is on. Summer in Southern California :-) would compressor drag exhibit these symptoms? I'll have to do some controlled test. Thank you for you response.

Have your front brake disks also checked for warping.
