Update:
Thanks for all of you help! The supercharger belt has now been replaced and the car is running beautifully and with a lot more power! There were a few bumps in the road. Notably, the replacement belt I sourced from FCP Euro (Continental C2D39175) was installed and the mechanic (a former Jag tech) found it to be extremely tight: just barely able to get it on and it produced a notable squealing sound. They ordered another belt through their supplier and the same Continental belt was delivered, with the same problem. They sourced a belt directly from Jaguar, which came in and was fractionally longer and works perfectly. The shop didn't charge any more for these repeated attempts or the extra belts.
I'm happy with the car and just sad it wasn't ready in time for the Ferrari Club event at Watkins Glen last week. I drove my XK, which did ok for a big car. My instructor called it the "luxury machine!' Can't wait to get my F-Type out on the track now that it is producing the correct power!
Thanks again to everyone for your help!
