Solutions for rear venturi/diffuser?
Forum;
I don't like the matte black portion of the diffuser (venturi underneath the exhausts) and how it makes the back end of the car disappear. I've seen solutions where people wrap or paint the section.
I've been quoted ~$400 to wrap and up to $800 to pull and paint.
My questions are:
1. For wrapping it since color matching is apparently impossible I was thinking something really wild, like white carbon fiber pattern (gloss).
2. The paint quote seems high to me. Wondering what others paid?
3. Is it possible just to order the piece in matching paint for a 2016 and retrofit it to a MY2015?

I had my parts painted as a dealer options before delivery. I was quoted $1114.55 for R&R and paint of the rear diffuser, both side skirts and both front winglets. Your painting quote is indeed very high, I believe i paid just under $400 for my rear diffuser to be painted.
That being said, if you wanted a color like white or red, etc. I'm sure you could swap with a 2016 F Type for free and they'd gladly do it, because everyone (myself included) seems to hate the body colored parts on the 2016 AWD models.

I'd like to see a design in carbon fiber with some functional strakes!!!! Similar to the Project 7 appearance.
I'm planning on designing one soon for a carbon mold just need to get the 2015 factory R unit scanned.
