Depends which rim you have. I still had to grind about 2-3mm off of the smooth part to get gyrodynes to fit back on with the 15mm adapters

Part of me wants to lower the car, but a bigger part says "no", due to a number of down sides (terrible pun intended!):
Cost - not cheap here in Oz, and I would prefer to pay my local suspension specialist to fit them rather than DIY.
Comfort - the ride is already hard enough. Not harsh, just "hard", and I don't want it any harder. And that's without the dynamic suspension turned on.
Getting in and out of the car - it's already a struggle for me and SWMBO, any lower and it would be a real PITA.
Parking/clearance - it's already hard enough to see out of and around other vehicles, and it already scrapes on those annoying parking spot concrete stoppers. Any lower and I would have to avoid those things altogether otherwise I risk damage to the bumper bottom lip, and it's still tough to accurately judge where the front of the car is. Same issues with driveways where I am, I already have to tackle many of them at an angle and very slowly and carefully.
So adding it all up I've pretty much decided not to lower the car, and to put up with the 4x4 stance.

yeh ***** to lowering the car and ruining the ride which imo is the perfect balance bw comfort and handling, i'm really impressed with the dampening - funnily enough i get out of my m3 competition and into the jag for a smoother ride to work
thanks for the pics guys, much appreciated, and as per my initial thoughts, 15mm is just a bit too much. 10mm for me would be ideal, but i can't get a DRM style in 10mm
so i ended up ordering a set of 5mm non-drm spacers from Lenny @ motorsport-tech in the custom sizing for f-type ceramics (that is 139mm OD)
i'll have to get them anodized black locally to blend with the hats and wheels, and will check the oe thread depth once i have the wheel off as to whether i can get away safely with 5mm less thread on deez nuts

Just tell him you want to buy spacers for a F-Type and he'll do all the rest.

When I ordered mine I assumed they would be black as thats what the large group order was. I was a little disappointed when they came in the regular billet finished, but once installed you don't even notice unless you make an effort to go an look behind the wheel.
