Sports seats

Sports seats
Hi. I'm looking at a V6S coupe. I havent driven it yet (it is about an hour away from me) but it has the sports seats, like from the R (the sexy looking things with holes up near the shoulders etc).
I have heard that these arent so comfy for taller people. I'm 6 foot, and I'm guessing that this isnt so tall these days. Any 6 footers have them? Thoughts?
Also with my current car the seats have become far more comfortable with age and use, as the leather stretches. Is that also the case with these seats?
I've driven an f type before and found the seats pretty hard, but that was the base model, and it was new.
Any tips would be appreciated.

I'm less than 6 ft. but find them comfortable. For longer jaunts I take my wallet out of my back pocket, but I've done that on pretty much every car that I've owned.
The really great thing about the sport seats (in addition to getting stitching color that you want) is that they are so adjustable. On a trip if you get a bit tired, change the bolsters, move the bottom, move the back or whatever and it's like a new seat.

I've got a 2013 V6S with the performance seats and they are brilliant. They have huge adjustment so you can get them exactly as you want them. IMO they are a great blend of comfort for longer trips and support for belting around corners.
I am 6' tall and they suit me perfectly. The only issue for me that I have fairly broad shoulders and the top of the seats wraps around a little which I can feel pushing my shoulders forward a bit. Maybe I need to lay off the protein powder for a while

Extra weight is probably the biggest downside besides cost, but if the "wingbacks" are/were standard in whatever version you're looking at, cost is irrelevant. They are considerably heavier, but most don't care. It's already a heavy car.
In a thread a while back, sports seats won on comfort in a first impression, side-by-side comparison, but after proper adjustment and just getting used to them, I'm sure the performance seats are also comfortable.

Sport seats are the base seats. You obviously have the performance seats, which I prefer to call "wingbacks."

I find the performance seat very comfortable even on an 8 hour trip. I was concerned when I read the other threads, given there is no choice with an R and some folks found the seats too firm. My wife needs a compliant seat. In the end, these seats are much more comfortable than the previous Porsche, bigger and a bit more adjustable. But they are not as comfortable as her V60, but nothing is.
