I bought a miniture Growler, like in grill, that fits over button. I like it then I think it is way too much chrome for interior. I got it on Amazon. 3M tape so it comes off. Anyone have an opinion?

I bought one as well. Y start button was looking a little worn from fingernails, so that was my easy solution. It looks ok, I too thought about the ease of removal just in case, My car is in the shop, but I do have a pic with it in the bottom right corner

Oof. A little garish for me, boys. But hey, to each their own.

Might be nice if the chrome was blacked out. I've had success blacking out badges with satin black paint, it might be possible to cover the red part with painters tape and give it a go. Although as a touch point I don't know how that would hold up.

That's the one. I think I may consider the black out for the outer ring. At $11 or so I can fool around with a couple of them.

Looks a lot better than a dirty start/stop button. Where did you get it?

That looks like it’s straight out of a J.C. Whitney catalog. Not judging, just saying.

We are showing our age when we know what J.C. Whitney catalogs are. LOL

You're even older if you remember the pre-Whitney Warshawsky catalog: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1967...IAAOSwU59fHB2I
Warshawsky, founded in 1915, acquired J.C Whitney in 1997 and also operates carparts.com

WARSHAWSKY? Don’t they make car parts for the American working man, because that’s what they are?

Not that old Lance! I'm referring to the catalogs from the 70s & 80s. My uncles would have them lying around.

Dayum, I'd forgotten all about Warshawsky.
The memory of Lafayette Radio Electronics flashed into my head too.

Everyone is showing their age. Careful...
The important thing is, how do YOU like it. Your car, likely only you will notice it. If we all liked the same thing[, we would all be driving beige Toyota Corollas.
You do You.

I put it on and it is definitly growing on me,after 7 years it needed something. I think I'm going to add a little more carbon fiber trim and maybe new larger wheels after th 1st of the year.
