Well no direct OEM replacement anyway.
The ceramic rotors are both wider and thicker than the largest OEM steel rotors (380 mm).
Ceramic rotor sizes for the front brakes are 398 mm wide by 38 mm thick, dunno what the rear specs are.
You may be able to find after-market rotors of the right size but I doubt it, otherwise they would need to be custom made.

I do know that the steel disc lifetime is based on a minimum thickness specification so the 380mm steel front disc has 36mm thickness when new and a specified minimum thickness of 34mm so 1mm (0.040 inch) wear on each disc surface.
Some owners have stated their opinion that this is rather conservative.
I have found my disc is going to need changing after two sets of pads so 70,000miles in my case.
Ceramic disc wear limit is based on minimum weight . I believe the new and minimum disc weight is engraved on the ceramic discs
