I have already presented this document but my vehicle is not one of these serial numbers.

Obviously a US Federal law does NOT apply in France, UK or anywhere else outside of the USA, though I think there is similar requirement in Canada.
There are many references to this law if you do a Google search.

Is catalytic converter covered under new car warranty?

The Environmental Protection Agency mandates that automakers provide special warranties for emissions components, including catalytic converters. Under these warranties, major emissions components are covered for eight years or 80,000 miles, whichever happens first.Jun 5, 2023
