Default Supersprint delays.

So i ordered my exhaust just before xmas and got told delivery would be middle of Jan.
Hadn't heard anything so wrote to them and got a response on the 18th jan from Raffo, explaining that because of covid (staffing levels) and sourcing the raw materials
there was a delay and it would be another 3-4 weeks, fair enough.

Again haven't heard anything so wrote again yesterday, heard back today from Nicola, (Raffo is off) to be told that the general boss is following my order personally and he said it will now be early march before it is ready.
Has anyone else ordered from them and is having delivery problems, i've told them that if it isnt ready by march im going to cancel the order.
The product looks and sounds great but if they cant deliver in a timely fashion i dont think they'll do very well, just look at Carl and his allusive p7 grill lol.

Thank you for your patience and we will do our very best to prioritize your order. Please believe me this is not mere lip service from me to you. I am aware of the project 7 front grill situation, as it's been on the thread for a very long time with dissatisfied disgruntled angry customers. In my opinion, this offer was nothing more than a scam.

Having had a pm from Roberto within and hour or two and the owner of supersprint getting involved personally with my order,
things are moving forward.
Hopefully not long now and i'll be the first ftype owner in the UK to have a supersprint back box

Unfortunately, I was one of the people dumb enough to order a P7 grille from Vehicle Revolutions. One year later guess what? - No grille, no refund, and no response from those crooks. So now the bar is going to be higher for aftermarket parts businesses. It might be unfair with all that is going on with covid, workers, material shortages, and shipping challenges, but it is a new reality that they are going to have to adapt to. I applaud SuperSprint for reaching out right away, but these hiccups do not inspire confidence in their business. Some of us see this and think "Well, here we go again with promises." This will be an interesting test for SuperSprint - a promise was made and I'm curious if they will follow through. I hope Timbo keeps us informed on how this all plays out.

I order a set of sports cats from Velocity AP during their Black Friday sale and still haven't received them. Which sucks because I can't get the car to pass state inspection until I put those new cats in but I understand the delays.

So just to keep you all informed my exhaust turned up yesterday, earlier than i thought after my last conversation with Raffo.
Very pleased with it, the quality is exceptional, i'll start another thread with pics etc.
